A new associate director has been appointed at Channel Island Adjusters.
Josh Smith was promoted to the position after seven years with the independently run loss adjuster.
Mr Smith has gained extensive experience in claims handling and customer liaison and recently attained his diploma for the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Mr Smith also holds the associateship of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and insurance technicians for the British Damage Management Association.
Channel Islands Adjusters Managing Director, Richard Headington, said that Mr Smith had been instrumental in developing the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters’ mentoring programme.
“Congratulations to Josh on his well-deserved promotion. Josh has been a great asset to our company; he’s committed, hardworking and has a thirst for knowledge. It has been a pleasure to watch him grow, and I’m delighted that he has passed his diploma,” said Mr Headington.
“Josh’s expertise and skills are indispensable, and I look forward to seeing Josh further excel in his career.”
