Carey Olsen leads offshore market in UK rankings

Carey Olsen has been named the leading law firm in the 2020 edition of Legal 500 UK, with 18 top-tier rankings.

Legal 500 uses an independent research process to grade law firms, including interviews with clients and peers as well as information from the companies themselves.

Carey Olsen has secured a clean sweep of Tier One rankings across nine practice areas in Guernsey, with another nine Tier One rankings in Jersey.

12 of the firm's partners are featured in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, which is reserved for partners who "are at the pinnacle of the profession" and have received "constant praise by their clients for continued excellence". In addition, 21 Carey Olsen lawyers are recognised as Leading Individuals, 11 as Next Generation Partners and eight as Rising Stars.
