Butterfield Assistant Trust Manager, Amy Falla, has been named as one of the eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 for the second year in a row.

eprivateclient is a leading UK-based news service for private client practitioners, including lawyers, accountants, trustees and fee-based independent financial advisors.

The Channel Islands initiative runs alongside the established UK and UK Crown Dependencies’ Top 35 Under 35. The list identifies and recognises the rising stars of the private client practitioner community.

Ms Falla, who has nearly 15 years’ experience in the trust and fiduciary services industry, joined Butterfield in 2018 following the Deutsche Bank Global Trust Solutions acquisition.

She manages a complex portfolio of private client accounts and is responsible for supporting and training junior members of staff. Ms Falla has worked in various roles within the private client and public funds sectors and has served as an alternate director on a selection of Jersey companies. As well as being named one of eprivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35 in 2018, Ms Falla also received the STEP Company Law and Practice award in 2008.

Lindsay Ozanne, Deputy Managing Director at Butterfield Trust (Guernsey) Limited, said: “I’m delighted that Amy has been recognised as one of the upcoming private client practitioners in the Channel Islands for the second year in a row. She demonstrates and maintains superlative client service and as a trustee appreciates the importance of building deep relationships with beneficiaries. Her experience and consistency means Amy is well regarded by clients and peers alike.”
