A local communications agency Black Vanilla has launched a dedicated PR and marketing service for start-ups and small businesses.
"Start-ups and small businesses have different needs to more established enterprises, and these needs will differ depending on what stage of growth the business is at," explained Account Manager Alisha Smith.
In response to this, BV Bulb offers three core packages: Set-Up, Step-Up and Train-Up.
Bulb Set-Up is designed for those who are at the start of their new business journey and therefore need to develop their key messages, set up their digital channels and develop their brand stories, which the agency is collaborating with Rachael Cumberland-Dodd of Feed Marketing on.
Bulb Step-Up is for businesses that have already launched, but would "like to take their communications strategy and outcomes to the next level to drive growth", while Bulb Train-Up is for clients who "would like to improve their social media impact through training."
"We have worked with organisations of all sizes and sectors and have poured that experience and know-how into these new fixed-cost packages," said Miss Smith.
"Budding entrepreneurs and small businesses are responding to opportunities presented by technological change and further shifts in consumer behaviour triggered by the pandemic.
"It is critical that these businesses establish the proper foundations to clearly and consistently communicate why their brand is different; get that right and a new business will be on the road to success."
More information is available on the agency's website or by emailing Miss Smith on alisha@black-vanilla.gg.
