Bedell Cristin has acted as counsel to a Bermuda-based reinsurer on its acquisition of Nordben Life and Pension Insurance.
The law firm advised Monument Re following receipt of regulatory approval from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Bedell Cristin's team, led by partner Richard Sharp and assisted by Managing Associate Lee Osborne and Legal Assistant Jenny Mills, provided corporate and regulatory advice.
