Babbé LLP has expanded its Disputes & Risk team with the appointment of Senior Associate Vicky Oliver.
Ms Oliver joins with 10-years’ experience as an advocate at the Johannesburg Bar focusing on commercial disputes and arbitration particularly in financial services.
She is also a fellow of the Association of Arbitrators which places her well to deal with high value disputes.
She said she has already felt welcomed into the local team: “The world of commercial disputes is a challenging one but the firm’s dedication to client service is at the forefront of its strategic vision, which is something that really appeals to me."
Advocate Todd McGuffin, Head of the Disputes & Risk team, added: “Vicky represents a further critical hire, as part of our vision of being Guernsey’s leader in client relationships and delivering exceptional client services."
