Saffery Trust has been shortlisted in the Trust Company of the Year and Employer of the Year categories at the 2024 STEP Private Client Awards.

The awards, which were established in 2006, saw a record number of entries this year with 373 submissions from firms across the globe.

Saffery Trust is one of just 22 firms to be shortlisted in more than one category.

STEP Chief Executive Mark Walley said: "We are pleased to see the breadth and depth of the record entries for this year’s awards from right across the globe. It demonstrates the value of the Private Client Awards (PCA) to the industry, and we are truly celebrating the very best in innovation, commitment, and hard work. Huge congratulations to all our finalists. The PCAs are a highlight of my year. I look forward to congratulating the winners in September."

Saffery Trust Guernsey and Cayman Director, Lisa Vizia, said the firm’s success was a testament to its commitment to excellence.

“At Saffery Trust we do the right thing, even if no one is looking. Our teams comprise of individually expert and collectively exceptional people, who are dedicated to delivering a first-class service. While we are one of the longest-established trust firms in Guernsey, we are forward-thinking and are continually seeking ways to enhance our offering to our clients and our people as a leading firm.

“To be nominated in two categories at the STEP Awards – which are viewed as a pinnacle within the private client industry – is an incredible honour. This demonstrates that our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and satisfaction of both clients and staff is recognised and valued by our peers and industry leaders.”
