Aurigny will be launching twice daily flights to London City Airport this year.
The route will be launched on 31 March.
In a statement the airline said: “Aurigny customers can use the Docklands Light Railway to get to Canary Wharf as well as into the heart of London via the London underground.”
The move is part of wider plans to expand Aurigny’s network.
The CEO of Aurigny, Nico Bezuidenhout, said: “As a key International Finance Centre, many businesses on our beautiful island work closely with their London counterparts with regular meetings in the City and East London.
“Direct flights to this airport will benefit these businesses and anyone who wishes to jump on the London underground to explore attractions such as St. Paul's Cathedral, the Olympic Park and the vibrant restaurants of Shoreditch.”
