Aurigny has introduced a new online claim procedure aimed at ensuring all customers are dealt with "quickly and efficiently".
The States-owned airline announced the new online process today saying it will be a "significant improvement in our services that will make your experience with us smoother and hassle-free".
The online procedure is said to have key benefits including 'Speed and Efficiency' with 'Comprehensive Information' and 'Real-time Updates'.
The new process is available via the Information and Customer Services tabs at Aurigny's website.
Paul Walsh, Aurigny's Customer Experience Manager said: "We're excited about this enhancement to our services and confident that it will streamline your experience when making claims."
