Appleby announces two new appointments in Guernsey office

Offshore law firm Appleby has welcomed Lisa Upham and William Schofield to the Group’s Guernsey office.

Ms Upham joins as a Senior Professional Support Lawyer. She is a Guernsey advocate with over 17 years of offshore experience.

Previously she has advised on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters with an emphasis on corporate reorganisations, business acquisitions, financing and banking transactions. 

Mr Schofield joins as an Associate in the Corporate team. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
