An AI conference is taking place in Guernsey later this month. It’ll be hosted by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and Guernsey Finance.

The keynote speaker is Lord Johnson of Lainston CBE who is the UK Minister of State in the Department for Business and Trade.

Other speakers include Maury Shenk, CEO of LearnerShape, Professor Philip Treleaven and Dr Dan Brown, both from the University College London, Marianne Haahr, the Finance Director for a not-for-profit called Global Canopy, and Danielle Harford-Fox, the Principal of The Ladies College.

The Chief Executive of the GFSC, Rupert Pleasant, said: “The event programme and high calibre speakers and panellists confirmed for this event is truly world-class. It is fantastic to see the event take place in Guernsey and demonstrates the island’s ability to look at change and see opportunity.”
