Accent becomes approved LanguageCert Test Centre

Friday 27 August 2021

Accent is now an approved LanguageCert Test Centre and Examinations Partner for English as a Foreign Language (EFL).

It means that Accent can provide learners with several internationally recognised qualifications: LanguageCert International ESOL, LanguageCert Test of English (LTE), LanguageCert Young Learners ESOL and LanguageCert SELT.

“Sitting a LanguageCert exam has an array of benefits, including that you can take many of the exams here on island with us or online from the comfort of your own home,” said Managing Director Anna Lisa Detassis.

These qualifications are intended for non-native speakers of English wanting to provide documented evidence of their knowledge of English for study or employment or personal achievement.

Many major universities and higher education providers accept LanguageCert ESOL International as an entry requirement.

LanguageCert SELT exams are UK Home Office approved SELT exams for UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) and thus are ideal for UK visa applicants who need to provide documented evidence of their English language proficiency in order to obtain a visa to live, work or study in the UK.
