Global firm 1st Recruitment appoints Senior Recruitment Consultant

Global firm 1st Recruitment is expanding in Guernsey and has recruited Cassie Arlotte as Senior Recruitment Consultant.

She is working alongside Suzy de Nobrega, Director, who oversees the Guernsey business.

1st Recruitment has its headquarters in Jersey and is active in various other parts of the world, including Australia, Asia and the Caribbean, as well as Guernsey.

Before relocating to Guernsey, Ms Arlotte lived in London.

Her previous role was in human resources at a local provider of pension and fiduciary solutions, where she worked for three years. Having previously worked on the client side of recruitment, she is familiar with what is required to ensure the recruitment process is seamless throughout. 

Ms Arlotte works with candidates at all levels and across all sectors of permanent, contract and temporary recruitment.
