Aurigny temporarily changes its policy

MEDIA RELEASE: The views expressed in this article are those of the author and not Bailiwick Express, and the text is reproduced exactly as supplied to us

In light of the States of Guernsey advising islanders against all non-essential travel to and from the Bailiwick of Guernsey, Aurigny are announcing temporary amendments to its normal changes and refunds policy.

If you are departing in the next FOUR WEEKS up to and including Thursday 9th of April 2020, you may change your booking to a later date and we will waive any admin fees (fare difference may apply), or you may apply for a full refund if you choose not to travel.

Given the high number of calls to our customer call centre, all changes can be made online and refunds will only be dealt with via a newly set up e-mail address; refunds@aurigny.com

Full details can be found on our dedicated web page: https://www.aurigny.com/disruption/coronavirus/

As ever, Aurigny’s main priority is the wellbeing of its customers and staff. We would especially like to thank those staff working in our call centre over the past week, who have dealt with an unprecedented number of calls due to exceptional circumstances. We hope by making these changes clear and available only online and via e-mail that this will reduce unnecessary calls.
