It was a frustrating day for Guernsey FC.
Visitors Badshot Lea left Footes Lane with a 3-1 win, but the woodwork may still be rattling now.
Matt Loaring opened the scoring from close range for the Green Lions just after the midway point of the first half, while the visitors scrambled home an equaliser on 53 minutes.
Brandon Wallace then hit the post and Loring the crossbar as the men in green looked to hit back.
But it was Badshot on the scoresheet next, with Lion’s keeper Addison rushing out of goal and failing to clear the ball, leaving an empty net for Reece Robins to lob the ball into.
They added to that lead late on, Addison saving a penalty only for Robins to score from the rebound.
Loaring hit the crossbar again in the 90th minute
