The man who fell 30ft from a ladder near the Crown Pier remains in hospital where he is being treated for numerous injuries.

26 year old Daniel Brehaut fell onto the beach shortly after 01:00 on Good Friday morning.

Mr Brehaut suffered a number of injuries including facial injuries and was treated at the Emergency Department at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital before being admitted to ICU. Over the weekend Guernsey Police said he was in a "serious condition."

Guernsey Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information in relation to this incident to contact PC 18 Winslade or PC 103 Bulpitt.
