The owners of what was the Strawberry Farm are having a yard sale today, as they try and offload a number of different things that have been left inside the now derelict tourist attraction.
Commercial ovens, urinals, doors, children's play equipment and an indoor climbing frame are all up for grabs - and all of the money generated through the sales will be donated to the charity Help a Guernsey Child.
The Fuller Group has left the complex moderately furnished for years following its closure in 2008, but are now looking to offload most of the contents.
This comes months after submitting an application for final planning permission to demolish the farm and build an estate of high value properties. While the group have already got permission for some of those buildings, they have asked for new permissions for buildings with a "higher quality of construction and design and ultimately a more sustainable building."
Overall, the Fuller Group has made a number of planning applications in order to redevelop the site since it closed its doors for good as a tourist attraction, including to reopen it as a fruit and plant exhibition space but most recently it's been highlighted as a site for future housing.
The sale itself is taking place today from 11:00 until 15:00 at the site itself.
Commercial cooking equipment, large soft play areas, doors, chairs, home accessories and other contents of the farm are up for sale.
