A Scooter "had its front end ripped off" while parked overnight in a St Peter Port housing estate.
The blue Derbi 50cc motor scooter was vandalised sometime between 21:00 on Friday 17 July and 07:30 the following morning.
Guernsey Police said: "This scooter had its front end ripped and snapped off and the broken parts left in the vicinity."
Anyone who witnessed this or has CCTV covering the estate is asked to contact police on 725111 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting OC20*4702.
