The Brewery purchased the chippy in August, adding it to its range of other Cobo businesses like the Rockmount and La Reunion.
A spokesperson for the business assured the fish bar's loyal customers it would be business as usual.
"Randalls are pleased to announce that we completed the acquisition of Cobo Chip Shop in August," it said.
"We are delighted to add this well known and loved local business to our portfolio which includes the neighbouring Rockmount and La Reunion. It will be very much business as usual for this Guernsey west coast institution."
