Guernsey Police have told young people to “think twice” before entering abandoned buildings.
Officers have been called out to deal with different incidents in recent weeks.
“It goes without saying that this puts those young people at risk,” a spokesperson said.
“The structural integrity of some of these buildings is questionable, they often contain black mould, and there are risks present in getting into and out of the buildings.
“These situations also put the emergency services who attend at risk.
“We'd urge these young people to think twice before entering an abandoned building, and we'd also strongly encourage parents to be aware of where their children might be gathering, and stop them from putting themselves at risk.”
Videos have been posted online of people exploring abandoned buildings around the island, including former hotels.
