Guernsey Police have released an image from CCTV of a man they believe has been trying to get into houses in St Peter Port.
The picture is unclear but shows a man wearing a hooded jacket or top zipped up to his chin.
The image was captured in La Couture area of St Peter Port at around 06:00 on 17 November.
Guernsey Police said they are "trying to identify the male in the images to assist in enquires of a suspicious male in the area...
"It has been reported that a male has been trying door handles for vehicles and properties."
