Police grow 'increasingly concerned' for missing man

A man with links to Guernsey has been missing in the UK for two weeks.

Jason Wickenden, who is believed to have previously lived in the island, now lives in Dartmouth, where he works for Dittisham Ferries.

He was last seen on Thursday 20 December, at around 21:15. At that time he was in Dartmouth, England and was wearing a black and white jacket, and dark blue jeans.

Devon and Cornwall Police have today confirmed the investigation into his disappearance is ongoing. 

A statement on the police force website said; "Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of 44-year-old Jason Wickenden from Dartmouth.

"Jason is described as a white male, around 5 ft 6” tall and of medium build with shoulder length light brown hair. He was last seen at 9.15pm on Thursday 20 December in Dartmouth, wearing a black and white Musto jacket with yellow hood, grey knitted turtle neck jumper and dark blue jeans

"Anyone who has seen Jason or has knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 999 quoting log 620 of 22.12.18."
