CT Plus has taken its night bus off the roads because of threatening behaviour towards drivers.
It has been suspended with immediate effect and will not run again until at least the end of this month, at which point CT Plus will review its decision.
The company said last night that it was pulling the night bus - at least temporarily - "following many separate occasions where drivers have been threatened".
"Since the easing of lockdown, there have unfortunately been too many examples where a small minority of passengers have threatened bus drivers. The Police have been required to be involved in these matters on occasions," it said.

CT Plus said the decision was "not taken lightly and is not influenced by the current driver shortage".
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the safety of both staff and passengers is utmost, and it is with regret that the service is being suspended," it said.
"A review of the current suspension will take place at the end of April."
The night bus has been running three evenings a week - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - and serving routes linking Town with the north of the island, the west coast and the southern parishes.

The public bus service is run by CT Plus under contract with the States, through the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure.
The Committee's President, Deputy Lindsay de Sausmarez, declined to comment on the withdrawal of the night bus pending a full briefing on the matter.
