The numbers for the Covid-19 clinical helpline are being changed.
These changes follow a period of "very high call volumes", with the States saying the new numbers "should help solve issues" for islanders looking for a swift response to important questions.
The old numbers will continue to redirect to the helpline, however people are being encouraged now to use 01481 220001 or 01481 220002.
Islanders are asked to contact the clinical helpline immediately if they have Covid-19 symptoms. General questions about Covid-19, current regulations, vaccines should be directed to the non-clinical helplines or inboxes.
