The Medical Specialist Group is inviting patients to have a say on their experience with the service as part of its annual survey.
The survey will run until the end of the month and results will be included in the MSG's Annual Report later this year.
For the first time since the annual survey began in 2014 patients can fill it out online via msg.gg, allowing them to complete it in their own time.
In each of the last five surveys, between 85% and 90% of respondents said their overall experience with the service was 'Very Good' or 'Excellent' with areas including communication and facilities consistently scoring highly.
However, some concerns have been raised over the years particularly over the lack of parking and length of time patients were made to wait at the MSG for their appointment.
"We welcome feedback from our patients whether negative or positive and we do our very best to address the topics raised within the survey," said Chief Executive Debbie Guillou. "Over the years we have improved our facilities to create more parking spaces and this improvement was reflected in our 2018 survey results. We have also installed bicycle racks this year to encourage cyclists.
"In 2014, 170 patients completed the survey and over the last four years we have seen significant increases which led to 610 patients completing the 2018 survey. Also, by making the survey available on our website, we are hoping that these numbers will increase even further.
"Patients come to the MSG because they have health issues so we are keen to ensure that they have a positive experience while they are in our care."
