A Magistrate's Court Judge gave a stern warning to a young woman after she behaved in a disorderly manner at the PEH during the lockdown, whilst on bail for a previous offence.
Chloe Le Poidevin, 20, has been issued with a one-year probation order after being arrested on Wednesday 22 April for disorderly conduct at the Emergency Department.
Judge Gary Perry decided against a jail sentence for the offence, which was committed whilst on conditional discharge for a previous offence.
"Whatever your issues are, if you take up emergency services time in this current situation with the sort of behaviour you have demonstrated both with this new offence and the previous offence, the court will only tolerate so much," said Judge Perry.
He told Le Poidevin that the only saving grace was that she had "relatively little by the way of previous convictions", but warned her that the court was at the end of its tether with her.
"Mark my words, you are on your last chance,"said Judge Perry.
"[If you reoffend] I am putting on record now that I want the case reserved for me and I can tell you now what the outcome will be – prison."
"Next time you have difficulties just remember that I will be the next face you see and I will be sentencing you to prison."
The probation order was chosen as it will help the defendant to get support for issues that had an influence in her recent offences.
