A short, two-aircraft air display will take place to the East of Shell Beach in Herm this evening.
It will start at 17:00 and last for approximately 10 minutes.
Pictured: During the display, an exclusion zone with the following co-ordinates will be in place.
A) 49 ̊ 28’.999N 002 ̊ 26’.695W
B) 49 ̊ 28’.997N 002 ̊ 26’.110W
C) 49 ̊ 28’.550N 002 ̊ 26’.772W
D) 49 ̊ 28’.530N 002 ̊ 26’.118W
Guernsey Harbours have shared the information with the media for use this afternoon. A spokesman said there would be diligent checks to make sure no mariners trespassed the exclusion zone.
"Patrol vessels will be policing the exclusion zone during the display and will be monitoring VHF Channels 16 & 06," they said.
"All mariners are requested to keep well clear of the exclusion zone for the duration of the display and adhere to any instructions given by the patrolling vessels."
