Customer survey about Guernsey Water

Friday 04 December 2020

Guernsey Water is inviting islanders to have their say on the utility’s performance in its most recent Customer Service Survey.

The survey is being independently run by the Institute of Customer Service, a professional membership body that specialises in developing and improving customer service. The results will allow Guernsey Water to understand what customers think about the services they provide.

“This will be the fourth year we have conducted the survey,” said Customer Service Manager Phil Marquis. “It allows customers to have their say anonymously.

“This provides us with a valuable benchmark allowing us to track our performance, as well as an indication of how we are performing in relation to the UK National Average against the service elements measured in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index.”

The survey covers a wide range of topics related to the business, and allows customers to make suggestions on how the service might be improved. It is expected to take less than 10 minutes to complete.

“We strive to provide the best service possible to our customers, asking them where and how we can improve is something we hold as a high priority in line with our commitment to them.”

Those who wish to take part in the survey can do so by visiting Guernsey Water’s Facebook page, or via this link.
