Welcome to the fifth edition of the Guernsey Arts Open!
Can you believe it? 2024 marks the fifth year of the Guernsey Arts Open and we are so excited to show you this year's incredible entries.
This diverse exhibition celebrates the breadth of creative talent we have here within the Bailiwick and goes from strength to strength each year. ‘The Open’ has come to be known as a place where artistic friendships are forged and brings together artists of all ages.
This fabulous showcase will be available to view at the Guernsey Arts George Crossan Gallery, from the 30th of November until the end of the year.
The gallery is open from 9am - 5pm and is situated in the Inner Market.
Free admission, accessible via lift or stairs by the Co-op entrance.
Join Make+Made for a fun-filled paint-along, where they’ll be creating personalised plates for Santa and Rudolph - something your child will love to bring out year after year!
Led by one of their talented artists, this workshop ensures that everyone leaves with a beautifully finished plate.
Bring a couple of friends and make it a memorable evening! Whether you're a complete beginner or feeling a little nervous, this class is designed for all skill levels.

Victor Hugo 2024 Christmas Concert in USA, unique preview screening in Guernsey from the world-renowned Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square.
The creative director and the writer of the world-famous Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square Christmas Concert will be presenting an exclusive preview screening of this year’s concert, ‘Victor Hugo’s Wondrous Feast’, at Les Côtils on 3rd December from 7:30pm.
David Warner and Alex Mackenzie Johns will be visiting us from the USA to talk about the annual concert, which is regularly the most-watched Christmas broadcast in America. The Victor Hugo in Guernsey Society was honoured to contribute to the genesis of this concert, which features a play about Victor Hugo and the poor children of Guernsey narrated by Lesley Nicol of Downton Abbey fame.

Step into the world of elegance and passion at the inaugural Guernsey International Dance Sport Championships! This three-day extravaganza promises to be a celebration of Ballroom and Latin American dance like no other.
The British Dance Sport Association are delighted that the Island of Guernsey has committed to support the 3-day International Dance Sport Competition. The event has received direct support from the Guernsey Tourism Management Board and the venue will be located at the Islands Beau Sejour Leisure and Community centre.
This exciting competition will be held from December 6th to 8th at the Beau Sejour Leisure Centre in Guernsey. Over three days, dancers from across the globe will showcase their talents in various styles and categories, competing for top honors and the admiration of dance enthusiasts.
