Their Royal Highnesses The Earl and Countess of Wessex enjoyed a busy day celebrating Liberation Day in Guernsey.
During a flying visit they met with people at the Liberation Tea Dance at Beau Sejour, attended an Ecumenical Service at Castle Cornet and watched the Cavalcade as it toured St Peter Port.
Their Royal Highnesses visited Forest Primary this morning, to plant a tree commemorating Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
They’ll now fly to Alderney and Sark to meet with representatives from both islands.
