Guernsey Chartered Institute of Building representative, Paul Le Tissier, presented an award and said: “'The CIOB is delighted to support this important initiative. It fits perfectly with our commitment to encourage the highest levels of professionalism across all sectors. We hope to work alongside Julie, Tim and all of the construction and property sectors as part of our focus on supporting business in general.”

Co-founder and organiser of the event Julie Todd, said: “This year has seen more customers and businesses involved than ever before.

“It is clear from the number of entries for this year’s awards that local property and construction-related businesses take their work very seriously and understand that great workmanship, on time and on budget is essential. It was a wonderful evening for the winners, but all the finalists should be thrilled to have got this far.”

Martyn Baudains from the Awards’ gold sponsors, Ogier, said: “Ogier is proud to sponsor the Guernsey Property and Construction Awards and be a part of celebrating those individuals and businesses who work so hard.

“The support the awards get every year demonstrates the value people place in good quality workmanship and professionalism at all levels.  Congratulations to the winners and all the finalists; you should all be very proud of your achievements.”
