Condor Ferries has said their thoughts are with the families and loved ones of the fishermen missing at sea following yesterday's collision off the coast of Jersey.
The Commodore Goodwill collided with a fishing boat off the coast at St Ouen at around 05:30 yesterday.
By nightfall the skipper and two crew members of the L'Ecume II had still not been found.
The skipper was identified as Jerseyman Michael Michieli - known as Mick - and he had two Filipino men working as his crew when they headed out to sea yesterday morning.
All three men were still missing when the search was suspended yesterday evening as darkness fell.

Jersey authorities put an exclusion zone in place around the collision site and all involved search and rescue parties were due to regroup before day break this morning to plan how to continue the search.
Condor Ferries was involved in the search initially, with the Goodwill remaining at the scene after the collision until it was ordered to enter St Helier's Elizabeth Harbour.
It had been en route from Guernsey to Jersey when the incident occurred.
John Napton, Condor Ferries’ CEO, said yesterday evening that: "We have been notified by the authorities that the search and rescue operation for the missing crew members of the fishing boat has been suspended for today.
"This is a very difficult situation and our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of these fellow seafarers as we all try to come to terms with what has happened.
"Condor is fully complying with the ongoing investigation which will establish the cause of this incident."
Earlier in the day, Condor had confirmed that "all other services are unaffected".
The ferry firm also confirmed that five passengers and 24 crew had been on board at the time of the incident.
