Guernsey Police have confirmed they are investigating after a dog killed a cat.

It happened on Les Osmonds Lane, St Sampson, on Friday 12 April, at around 14:00.

Guernsey Police say a blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier attacked and killed the cat and officers want to speak to any witnesses as well as the owner of the dog.

PC 137 Drummy is investigating and can be contacted on 725111 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
