Tomorrow's Guernsey Toy Run will see the Guernsey Bikers Group deliver presents to children who will spend Christmas in hospital.

It’s the third year the group has funded and delivered presents to ill children spending the festive period in Frossard Ward.

“No one wants to be ill and in hospital over Christmas, especially children,” said Toy Run organiser, Nemer Kharroubi.

Those participating in the Toy Run will meet at Vistas Café car park at 10:00 on Sunday, embarking at 11.00 and arriving at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital at around 11:40.

“We are delighted to be able to bring a little joy to those who are on Frossard Ward over the festive period," said Mr Kharroubi.

"This year in particular has been a challenging year for the Bailiwick. It is great that we are able to go ahead with this event thanks to the community effort in the fight against COVID-19."
