The States-backed Social Investment Fund (SIF) has launched its major grants programme for 2022 - after it distributed well over £1million last year.
The charitable company was set up in 2020 with the aim of using public funds and private donations to support Guernsey's vital third sector.
Last year, 14 organisations in the Bailiwick benefited from major grants totalling £1.39 million.
The application process is now open for the next round of donations.
Applicants can apply for grants over £25,000 if they demonstrate that they:
Grants can be used for salaries and towards running costs. The applicant must also be a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation.
The Fund's lead officer, Sadie Siviter de Paucar, said: “The Social Investment Fund is delighted to open applications for another round of this important grants programme, which we believe is already having a large impact on the Bailiwick’s charitable sector.
“Our vital third sector has been operating under increasingly difficult circumstances in the last few years, with the pandemic exacerbating financial and resourcing issues, so we look forward to being able to support the community further through this round of funding.”

Beneficiaries of last year's major grants programme included Bright Beginnings, which received £150,000 to cover salary costs for three years, and the Guernsey Disability Alliance, which received £80,000 for running costs and salaries for two years.
The Fund's single largest grant was to the Youth Commission. It received £300,000 for three years. This was to help introduce a new programme of mental health support for secondary school pupils.
Addiction charity In-dependence received £51,200 for a new 12-month post and to help support problem gamblers.
The original funding for the Fund's grants came from the Channel Islands Lottery. In future, there will be other sources of funding, including the Guernsey Probate Registry.
Applications must be made by 4 April. You can find out more by emailing: Sadie.siviterdepaucar@gov.gg or calling 07839 239994.
