Fortnite developers are rolling out their much-teased Fortnitemares update, which celebrates Halloween with a range of themed treats.
Among the horrifying changes are new Cube Monsters, which have emerged from the mysterious purple cube at Leaky Lake, wreaking havoc across the map.
To help you combat these new threats during this limited time event, Epic Games has added a six-shooter weapon and transformed the rocket launcher into the pumpkin rocket launcher.
You can also suit up in a Halloween-themed costume or use a spooky glider as you play the game.
Meanwhile, if you opt for the playground mode, you will find a new pirate ship mini-game among a number of fun additions.
In a less spooky but exciting update, Epic Games is now testing glider redeployment in Battle Royale, meaning you can land safely using your glider when you jump from a height of more than 10 metres.
