CLEANERS

We are currently looking for cleaners on a part-time flexible basis to work on various contracts that G4S services to provide a quality cleaning service. The ability to work flexible working hours to include early mornings, evenings and/or weekends is essential.

CONTRACT OPERATOR

We are seeking to recruit an energetic and focused individual to undertake the role of Contracts Operator. The successful candidate will be required to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple services for PPM contracts to key Channel Islands customers. Reporting to the Contracts Manager to ensure PPM and reactive SLAs are met and high standards of service delivery are maintained to allow the continuation of existing contracts and the development of new contracts.

WATER MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

This role is to work with Contract Operators and the wider FM team to support the delivery of these services with a primary focus on the development of the water management service delivery and associated services.

Working in line with company procedures and the G4S Statement of Compliance to maintain the G4S membership of the Legionella Control Association the role will allow the candidate to improve sector awareness of their obligations under the Guernsey ACoP and HSG274 guidance.

There will be a requirement for this role to assist with the wider PPM service delivery when needed and to engage in the delivery of remedial works identified within the client based water management plans.
