A well-established accountancy firm is looking to recruit a Trust and Corporate Services Manager to join their team. Key Activities include:Maintaining client due diligence from an AML point of view.Reviewing entity assets, structure charts, CDD and risk status on an ongoing basis.Preparing paperwork for distributions, cash transfer and settlement of invoices/bills for review before payment.Responsible for preparing accounts and arranging the preparation of accounts on clients to ensure they show accurately the assets and activities of the entity.
