AP Personnelhttps://www.ap-personnel.com/A Family Office are looking to add to their Fiduciary Services Team by appointing a Trust Administrator to assist team members dealing with all aspects of administration of multi-jurisdiction trusts and companies.Candidates should be either educated to at least A Level or equivalent and be willing to study towards either ICSA or STEP.The Administrator will be expected to maintain company and trust records including due diligence within the database and files, open and maintain bank accounts, review and file bank statements, review financial statements, and general office tasks such as post / assist with setting up of meetings etc.This role would suit an individual with a pro-active approach to work and a positive can-do attitude. You must be able to demonstrate your use of initiative, be highly organised, have good attention to detail and be willing to work as part of a team.
