This role would be carrying out pan Island internal training for the insurance company’s employees, travel will be a requirement of this role. They are looking for someone who is high energy and confident in delivering the training needs of the business. You may need to design some of the training that you will be delivering. You will need to monitor and evaluate training processes and methods and if necessary make improvements. The purpose of the role is to prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities.
It would be advantageous if the candidate has insurance experience, as a lot of the training they will be delivering will be on insurance. They will also be carrying out any other necessary training such as soft skills.
