Our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Retirement Products Administrator. Responsibilities will include the day to day administration of retirement products with an insight to Trusts and Companies. Key duties:Dealing with administrative tasks relating to retirement productsResponding to member queries and administrative requestsUpdating Viewpoint and other relevant systemsFollowing a range of checklists to ensure accurate administration of a range of tasks;Preparing, collating and dispatching documentation to include transfer paperwork and investment applications (broker accounts/ bank accounts)Preparing trustee resolutionsLiaising with investment housesLiaising with the accounts and compliance department about monetary movements of funds within the plan to include any monies being transferred both in and out of the account The desirable candidate will have the following skills:Minimum 5 GCSE qualifications (grade C or above) including English and MathsA level, BTEC (or similar) qualifications1-2 years of work experienceGood working knowledge of how to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookPrevious experience of manual and/or electronic client recording systemsGood organisation skillsAbove average communication skills, including drafting emails and responding appropriately to telephone callsGood attention to detail
