We have a great opportunity for a Customer Support Officer, working for leading mobile network in the Channel Islands for a period of approximately 4 months. The role will be full time on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The applicant will be required to assist customers with general and technical enquiries by providing support on products and services including Sales, Service, Provisioning, Billing, Payments, Faults, Assist Conference Bureau and Mobile helpdesk.
