Do you have experience in dealing with customer queries? A commercial business is seeking Temporary Customer Engagement Representatives to join their team for 6 months. Key responsibilities:Liaising with customers both online, over the phone, and on social media channelsBooking reservations or amending reservations for customersAdvising customers of delaysProcessing payments and refundsExplaining travel rules and regulations For this role, you need experience in a customer services role, whilst previous experience with customer booking platforms would be beneficial. In addition, good basic IT skills are required, along with the ability to stay calm and work well under pressure.
