The focus of this varied position is to work as part of a dynamic case management team, supporting our customers with regards to their premium payments and considering various options to ensure that they obtain maximum value opportunities from their policies by continuing to invest. AML, CDD and risk assessment awareness, including local regulatory requirements will be an advantage as is a positive can do attitude to learning and work ethic.
