Our client, a leading provider of bespoke financial solutions that include private client, corporate and fund administration services, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their approachable, efficient and knowledgeable team. In this role you will provide first line technical support, record support tickets for all reported issues and update the groups asset register. Candidates must have 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role or customer services environment and must hold, be studying towards or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
