A global asset management company is recruiting for a Senior Office Administrator/PA to oversee the smooth running of the Guernsey office and act as personal assistant to the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities will include providing the general administration of the office, Group IT liaison, facilities management, and some event support. The incumbent will report to the HR Manager and provide the directors with personal administration support.
Applicants must have the following attributes:Minimum 5 GCSEs with English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent).Administration qualification5+ years experience in a supervisory role within an office environmentExperience within a service organisationPA/ Reception or general office experienceFacilities administration/ management experienceA good working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and e-mail systemGeneral IT hardware knowledge
