A leading fund administrator and corporate service provider is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to Lead, advise, develop, and deliver a comprehensive strategic business objectives and initiatives for performance management. Key responsibilities for this role include:Leading culture and change managementGiving feedback on strategies and programs for the needs of the businessAnalysing and delivering data driven presentations and recommendations to senior managementReviewing and maintaining best practice HR policies to ensure effective management and support of employeesActing as performance driver to provoke and improve positive changes in the people managementExperience in applying a broad knowledge of human resource management principles and policiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, motivate and develop all levels of staffLeading culture and change management This role requires someone who can advise, and guide, managers, on complex employee issues, and have the confidence to direct HR and advise managers on all aspects of people management and development.
