Grade: PSE Grade E £579.41 - £600.25 per week (£15.2476 - £15.7961 per hour)

The States of Guernsey are looking to appoint a Senior Carer Team Leader to join their team at Adult Community Services.
The role will entail working as part of the Community Domiciliary Care Leadership Team, the Team Leader will work closely with the Social Care Team Co-ordinator and Senior Team Leaders to motivate, support and guide the Senior Carers, ensuring best practice in delivering effective person-centred home care is achieved. The Community Domiciliary Care Team will use strong partnership working to work effectively and to provide continuity and consistency in the delivery of care. You will assist in maintaining continuity, consistency and provision of care to service users in their homes.

Should the successful applicant not meet the requirements sufficiently he/she may be appointed at a lower grade than stated. The successful applicant would then have the opportunity to progress to the grade advertised once the necessary skills and knowledge have been developed and they have demonstrated the ability to undertake the duties at the higher level.
