Full Description

An international legal practice is looking for a Senior Associate to work in their Private Client and Trust division, to support and participate in the growth of the fiduciary team. You will provide non-contentious trust law advice on a wide range of matters and contribute to the development of the firm as a whole, taking an active role in marketing the department and firm to existing and potential new clients. Applicants should have at least 7 years' post-qualification experience and will provide legal advice on a wide range of matters. You will have knowledge of drafting for offshore tax structures and international tax expertise, ideally gained in the Channel Islands or other offshore jurisdictions.
