As the Retail Manager for one department, you will be tasked to manage and lead a team so that customers have a unique and memorable shopping experience whilst driving sales and profitability. The role is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will be meticulous with strong detail in terms of product placement, standards, and presentation. Key criteria:Working on your own initiative, with a flexible approach and a good eye for detail.Having a creative and entrepreneurial attitude towards selling.Good knowledge of retailing (from any retail sector).Acting on and recognising opportunities.Coaching and mentoring staff.
